MCRRewards Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of MCRRewards, a loyalty and membership programme operated by The MCR Circle Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By signing up for or using MCRRewards, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the programme.

1. About MCRRewards

MCRRewards is the official rewards and membership tier programme of The MCR Circle, offering benefits, discounts, priority access, events, CirclePoints and tier-based rewards to eligible members.

2. Eligibility

To register for MCRRewards, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old;
• Provide accurate and complete information;
• Have a valid email address;
• Agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

We may require verification of your identity if fraud is suspected.

3. Registration & Account

To join MCRRewards, you must create an account using accurate details. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Updating your personal information when necessary
• All activity carried out under your account

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Membership Tiers

MCRRewards currently operates four membership tiers:

• MCRBronze
• MCRSilver
• MCRGold
• MCRBlack (invitation only)

Tier allocation is based on factors such as activity, CirclePoints balance and internal eligibility criteria. We may amend tier criteria, benefits or availability at any time.

5. CirclePoints

CirclePoints (“Points”) are the digital loyalty currency of MCRRewards.

5.1 Earning Points

Points may be earned by:

• Participating in MCR Circle programmes
• Completing activities, purchases, bookings or challenges
• Promotions or partner activities

We may alter earning rates or introduce new earning mechanisms at any time.

5.2 Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed for:

• Discounts
• Experiences
• Rewards listed in the MCRRewards catalogue
• Other promotional benefits

Points have no cash value and cannot be sold, gifted, transferred or exchanged except as explicitly permitted.

5.3 Expiry

Points may expire if unused for 12 months or if the account is inactive.

6. Member Benefits

Benefits vary by tier and may include (but are not limited to):

• Priority event access
• Exclusive rewards
• Discounts with partner businesses
• MCR Circle experiences
• Invitations to MCRMeet networking events
• Access to affiliate platforms within the MCR ecosystem

All benefits are subject to availability and may change at any time.

7. Partner Offers

MCRRewards may provide offers from partner organisations. We are not responsible for:

• Partner products or services
• Claims or representations made by partners
• Losses arising from interactions with partners

Partner terms will apply to any transactions.

8. Misuse & Fraud

You must not:

• Manipulate the Points system
• Create multiple accounts
• Provide false information
• Attempt to hack, exploit or reverse-engineer the platform

We may suspend or terminate your account and revoke Points if misuse or fraud is detected.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your membership if:

• You breach these Terms
• Fraud or misuse is suspected
• The programme is discontinued

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

Upon termination:

• All Points will be void
• All benefits will cease

10. Programme Changes

We reserve the right to amend, suspend or discontinue any part of MCRRewards, including:

• Tier structure
• Benefits
• Earning or redemption rules
• Availability of features

Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to MCRRewards
• We are not liable for losses arising from technical issues, partner activities, inaccurate data or benefits availability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

• Fraud
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Any rights that cannot legally be excluded

12. Intellectual Property

All MCRRewards branding, logos, designs and associated materials belong to The MCR Circle Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them without permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
